From the outset our goal is to form a close business relationship with the customer, we are on hand to discuss all apsects of the project and influences this may have on the project, or other aspects of the customers business.

This close relationship is key to good project management and system design, it ensures that we supply a fully working solution to the customer - every time.

Axiom prides itself in being able to capture the customers requirements and convert these ideas into reality, this ability is driven by one essential ingredient - listening.

We don't necessarily take the easiest route, instead we do what's needed to meet the long-term requirement. Our designers are creative and inventive, always seeking better ways to resolve problems. We don't rule things out simply because they haven't been done a particular way before.

We work closely with your engineers and production staff to make certain all concerns have been answered every step of the way before moving on.

After achieving a suitable design for the solution to the client's requirement, we work diligently, designing and building any unique elements ourselves and working closely with other selected manufacturers to bring the project to reality. Other equipment manufacturers that we use are chosen very carefully because whilst their logo is on the nameplate we underwrite their product and it is our reputation that's at stake.

Dependent on the complexity of the system, we frequently provide photo realistic layouts that enable clients to 'View' the proposed layout before manufacturing is even started.

On other occasions it is desirable to produce an 'animated' display to 'prove' the system's capability, pre-production.

Many of our competitors will have a desire to supply items from their standard product range, even if this means that the product is not right for the job. Axiom are not limited to a catalogue of standard items that we "ought to sell", so we are able to shop around and find the best product to meet the project's requirements.

Axiom's team of project engineers will work closley with the technical staff during the early stages of the project in an attempt to purchase already developed modules of hardware that are required from third parties. If they can't be found, or the products in existence don't meet exactly with the requirements, Axiom will develop this item as part of the project. As a result this item becomes part of our ongoing product range.
