Axiom's attitude towards project management is based on sound system design. This is without
doubt the single most essential ingredient to any project.
It is all very well ensuring project time scales and budgets are met, but if the underlying
technical basis of the project is not sound the other aspects of project management are a facade.
To ensure successful culmination of a project it is essential that all project activities
are fully agreed by Axiom and the customer before work commences.
From the outset of the project a senior member from each
of the technical disciplines within the company will be on hand, to talk to and answer any of the
customers questions, this philosophy extends into the installation, commissioning and
post-project periods.
When the installation starts Axiom will appoint a key individual to your project and
he / she will be responsible for all aspects of the installation, ensuring continuity
right through until project hand over.
Their brief is to ensure the project is concluded on time and to the agreed specification.
The key to success is through a shared responsibility. Axiom and their customers work
together as a team to accommodate 3rd party issues. Sometimes unrelated events occur
which often have little, if anything to do with the contract per se.
Axiom's project management team will co-ordinate all on site activities, we frequently act
as the main contractor, where we totally manage a complete site, including :-
- CDM regulations
- Health and Safety co-ordination and management
- Sub-contractor management
- Full site management
- Maintenance management
Concurrently managing the project, system design and technical teams, using our professional
base of project and technical managers, results in smooth stress free solutions provided
on schedule and on budget to the customer.
